Sub-titles with Adobe Premier Element 13 ?

Is there a way to create sub-titles using Adobe Element Premier 13 ?

Legend

You can use Titles as subtitles, if that's all you need.

But if you're trying to create optional subtitles that you can turn off and on, like on a DVD, that's not something Premiere Elements can do.
