How do I subscript the 4 in NH4Cl in elements?

There is no easy way to superscript or subscript titles in Premiere Elements. About the only way is to overlay one title over another.

Otherwise, you can create the title in Photoshop Elements and port it to Premiere Elements as a transparent PNG.
