Text/Title Styles not Showing all of a sudden

Hello all!

Looking for some help here as I've tried multiple fixes on my own and suggested fixes I've found online to no avail. 

When making text titles my Style tab suddenly went blank on my last project. I was able to copy and paste from previous styles I already had in the project to get by, but now the tab remains blank in all of my new projects. (screenshot attached)

I'm trying to figure out how to get the various text styles to show again. Elements and creative cloud have been updated.
