The 2020 Premiere Elements still not able to load Apple ProRes mov files

The 2020 Premiere Elements is still not able to load Apple ProRes mov files - this is very disappointing - and this is the reason that I will not choose this version....

    In Adobe's defense, it seems to me that Elements is aimed at non-professionals that use comon consumer cameras.  None that I know of shoot ProRes or Cineform.  Some consumer cameras like DJI drones, GoPro's and iPhones can shoot using the H.265 codec which HAS been improved in the 2020 version.

    No alas no Prores or Cineform.

    You need 2018 to be able to use Prores files.
