The best computer configuration to work with mp4 files and Adobe Prel 15

Question

I have a Sony 4K camera.The mp4 files are very heavy and my old computer is no more able to work with so heavy files.I make videos (about 1 hour 1/2 and 256 Gb files).What is the best computer configuration (iMac Pro) to work with mp4 files and Adobe Prel 15 :- processor : 8 core is enough ? or more ? (10, 14, 18 ?)- DDR4 : 32 Gb is enough ? or more ? (64, 128 ?)- graphics : Radeon Pro Vega 56 with 8 Gb or Radeon Pro Vega 64 with 16 GbThanks for your answerJack

PassMark Intel vs AMD CPU Benchmarks - High End

For editing 4K, I'd recommend a processor rating at least 8000. 10,000 is better.

12 gig of RAM is plenty.

And, since Premiere Elements doesn't use GPU acceleration, there's no real benefit to a high end graphics card. Spend your money focusing on the processor instead.
