Tracking funktioniert nicht

Ich nutze Premiere Elements 2023, seit ein paar Monaten, seit kurzem funktioniert die "Maske verfolgen" Funktion nicht mehr. Ich lege also z.B. (wie vorher schon in einer anderen Datei) den Gaußschen Weichzeichner als Kreis über ein Gesicht und klicke dann "Verfolgen". Allerdings bleibt die Fortschrittsleiste völlig unverändert. Weiß jemand, was da los ist?

    Be sure you have lots of spare disk space for the temporary working files.

     

    When Adobe application begin acting oddly, it can help if the "preferences" are "reset".   It may also help if the cache files are deleted.     Thanks for answering. I changed the location for the temporary files and cache etc to make sure there is enough space, and it still doesn't work 😞 though it changed something, the progress bar now fills up a small bit and then stop (whereas it wouldn't even do that little before). I'm at a loss, I really need this to work

    If it worked before, then something in your computer has changed.  The software has not had updates.   Premiere Elements works best when it is on the primary, internal drive and it has to have a lot of space for temporary files.  

     

    Under the Timeline menu is "Delete Rendered Files for All Projects".  Try it.  The files will rebuild as you work and it will clear disk space.  

     

    You can also try a reset to preferences.   When Adobe products, including Premiere Elements, act strangely, a common reccomendation is to do this.  Instructions are here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/preferences.html#:~:text=To%20open%20the%20Preferences%20dialog,while%20the%20application%20is%20starting.
