Trail version keeps showing on screen

Hi,Yesterday I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 after using PE12 for years.After installing and registering at Adobe, the screen still keeps on showing 'made with the trial version'.I de- and re-installed the program, but it did not work and still shows this message over my video.Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?Thnx Sander

Sander,

The watermark comes from the preview files. A fresh output should remove it in the final video. If not, delete the preview files and Premiere Elements will re-generate them when you open the project. If that doesn't work, as a licensee of a new version, you have access to online "chats" where Adobe techs can remotely troubleshoot. Start the "chat" through the Help menu by picking "Online Support".
