Transcodding error

Please help,

I have been Premier elements 10 for some years with very good results, but I have just produced another movie and when I try to burn a disc I get an error message saying "Transcodding error".

I have uninstalled and re-installed the software but still get the same error, also when I try to to re-burn a movie that I previously compiled and burnt without a problem I get the same error message.

Between the two movies mentioned above I have changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

I am using a Dell vostro PC.
