Transferring Project to a Media Player Friendly File

I am working on a MacBook Pro and trying to save a project into a Window Media Player Friendly file.   Is there a way I can do this, without jumping out a window.

I don't know what jumping out the window would accomplish -- but, assuming you're using a current version of the program, you can go to Export & Share/Devices/Computer, select a resolution and output an MP4.
