Rt click/Ctrl + click select default. Drag default icon to media box; select all slides.-- transition effect only on first slide ?

Go to Expert. Pick a transition, right click and select it as the default transition. Then select all the clips on the timeline, right click, pick Timeline and then select to apply to all the clips/images.
