Transitions in Premiere Elements 2023

I upgraded to 2023 and first thing I notice is that it has only about half of the transitions I had in 2022. Is there some way to import the trnsitions from an earlier version or directly from Adobe? It's a much smaller selection in 2023 version.

Buying a new version, finding out it has less features and then having to buy plugins to make it complete again. Nah.

Lot of features were removed from 2023

1. Movie Menu and DVD share for Windows platform.
2. Instant Movie.
3. Video export formats other than H264.
4. Camera Raw support.
5. Effects and Transitions – All NewBlue effects, Hollywood Looks, Legacy Key Luma, Color
Emboss, Legacy Key Remove Matte, Legacy Key NonRed, Texturize, Spherize, Legacy Key
RGBDifference, Corner Pin, Bevel Alpha, Emboss.

If you do not like the product, ask for your money back and stick to 2022.

Adobe has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Adobe may have decided that creating a DVD is a thing of the past, but for ME that is not true

Not often, but I am the 'designated movie maker' for my family... to put the cell phone video files sent to me on a USB flash drive onto a timeline with some 'light' editing and then send the flash drive AND a disc back so they can watch on a TV instead of a cell phone screen

So, for me, version 2021 (updated to 2021.4) is the last PrElements I will buy... runs well on Windows 11 and has the features I use

Unfortunately, no.

There may be third party transitions available.  What operating system?

Windows 11 x64
Seems very odd that they would have a larger selection of transitions for the update than the previous versions. If there were third party transitions available - how would you import/install them?

What operating system?

You will usually get an installation file for the transitions.
