Ok, but if I use normal screen (1920x1080 LED) can I export video with
transparency background from Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 ?
I found that mp4 does not support alpha channel, so the format should be
some other than mp4.
It would be good, if the format is supported by HTML.

You need to create transparancy first before being able to export as such or import a clip with transparant background.

Export with Quicktime with an alpha channel (advanced settings) and then convert the file to html.

Transparancy shows as black in Elements. Its not really black but a void.

If you want to test transparancy put a full screen clip under the clip with the transparancy.

Or check the properties of the clip where is says Straight Alpha.
