trouble opening project file (Premiere Elements 14)

Hello, 
I cannot open my last project files anymore. For some reasons it tells me that the project file is not compatible with my version of premiere elements. I didn't change or update anything while working on it the last days. I have no clue what is wrong. Any help or recommendations?

I which version of PRE you are trying to open your project (Which was created using PRE14)
