Trying to change the pitch in Adobe Premiere Elements 2022
I want to change the pitch of audio in my video. I've heard about this "pitch shifter," but it does not show up in my audio affects. Will/can anyone help?

The Pitch Shifter was among the effects removed in version 2022.
