Trying to edit Hero7 4K video get "Need HEVC video extension" P.E 2021

I'm looking for an editor to edit 4K videos from my GoPro Hero7. I haven't had any luck. Thought I would test the free version of Premiere Elements 2021. I bought the $.99 Hevc video extension, still doesn't work, says to delete the Media Cache in the line below. I can't find the location

%appdata%\Adobe\Common"

I'm running Windows 10 in an i7-8700 processor desk top. Any Ideas?

Clean the Media Cache by deleting the files present at the location: %appdata%\Adobe\Common

I order to be able to see AppData you need to check Hidden Item in the Windows Explorer/View.

It was checked and doesn't find the location %appdata%\Adobe\Common

That truncated address is the same as Users/[YourName]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Common
