Trying to purchase Premiere Elements 2023 but it changes from GBP to USD (UK user)

I would like to purchase in GBP, I'm in the UK so it's my native currency. The price originally shows in GBP but changes to USD. Please advise

Shows me the price in GBP, click on the payment link and it changes to USD. I have an UK IP address. Please advise?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Despite adding the link to the allow popup, I cannot get it to open. Do you have a direct like please? Also changed my language from English USA to English UK. No change please advise?
