tutorial for title function in Premiere Elements 2025

I am looking for a tutorial for the new title function in Premiere Elements 2025.
The Help-function in the Premiere application refers to a web page describing the former title function not the new designed function in the 2025 version (at least in the German version).
I am looking for an in depth description of the single function as the title function is not easy to understand.
