UI icl. displayed way too large

Hello everyone!

What you see in the screenshot is how Premiere Elements 2021 displays on a 2560x1440px monitor. Rather looks like on a 800x600 device. I use it for the first time but that cant be as it is supposed to be. I dont find anything in the preferences to scale it back. Anyone can help me?

Take a look at the screenshot attached.

I have a test version of Photoshop Elements 2021 installed and it looks perfectly (what I would say) normal with way smaller icons and font sizes.

PLEASE HELP!
