Unable to access location for temporary burning files for a disk

I have Premiere Elements 19 with Windows 10.  I have a project ready to burn and am getting this message, 'unable to access location for creating temporary burning files'.  It's always worked before.  Any help would be appreciated.

How many and what size drives and how much free space on the drive(s)?

 

I have...

C drive 500Gig with 360Gig free

F drive 500Gig with 380Gig free

G drive 1-T with 740Gig free
