Unable to access Video section after paying for Premiere 2025
I have just purchased the upgrade version of Photoshop Premiere 2025 for the offer price of £107.78 and am unable to access the video section without a window saying upgrade for free trial! I cannot find a telephone number anywhere to access Adobe help? I use a Macbook M2 laptop with the latest Sequoia software 15.6 and if I have a problem with the Mac, I can access telephone help within a few minutes! Can anyone help me with this? Why does the programme show this when I've paid upfront? Should I try and delete the program and reinstall it? I can't even fine an email address to contact Adobe help.
