Unable to burn ISO image in Premiere Elements 2020

I have tried many different ways but I am unable to create a DVD ISO file and save it to my hard drive. I have over 3 terrabytes available but the message states (insufficient space available). The settings show only 3.7 GB space needed.

Has anyone else had this problem and how can I fix it please!

Legend

Try creating a new directory folder with nothing else in it and save your ISO to it.

Otherwise, it would be helpful to know your operating system.
