Unable to capture using PRE 2020

Hi all,

I have Elements 10,11,13,14,and 2020. and have used them all over the years.

Sudenly (after a windows 10 downlod ) none of them can do any captures !

They see my capture device, but don't recognise it.

Anyone got a view on this ?

I am completely in the dark
