Unable to map location info for pictures

I've got Premiere Elements Organizer 18.0 and have a very large catalog (~112K Images)

I'm unable to apply locations to my images (I had previously done this successfully to ~80% of my catalog).

Now I'm unable to see previously tagged places or tag new ones with a location.

For example, when selecting some images and attempting to 'Add Location'  I get the dialog box to enter a location.

I type a location (i.e. New York) and the tool never searches for possible hits....and the Apply button never becomes active.
I think I saw a splash-screen fly by one time mentioning that I need an Internet Connection.
I am connected to the Internet and don't see any network related 'configuration' options within Premier Elements Organizer.
Any idea how I can reestablish the network connection and get my locations working again?
