Unable to start up Premier Elements 14. Hard immovable error message box - missing MSCVR110.dll need to close down to get message off front of screen

I have CC for Ps & Lr. Have run concurrently with APE 14 for months. No issues.  No recent updates that I am aware of since I used APE 14 last. Message recommends re installation. Attempted re installation of APE 14 - seemed fine but got message that it had not completed as it was aware of pending restart. Restart had no effect.

How do I resolve this problem? I really need to create a video right away.

You don't say what operating system you're using, but that can be relevant.

That said, the driver you need is a part of Microsoft Visual C++

Hi ACP.

Yes, sorry my oversight, and thanks for your response.  Windows 10(64) latest.  So far I have taken the following actions per advisories. with no correction.

1. Installed Visual C++ 2017 Redistribution (x64) 14.10.25017

2. Uninstalled and reinstalled application (Adobe Premier Elements 14)

3. Run sfc /scannow in Command prompt (admin) no integrity issues found.

Please advise specifics to download and install MSVCR110.dll
