Unable to use Premiere Elements 15 due to upgraded computer

I need to open an old project with my purchased Premiere Elements 15.

However, it complains about re-activation, probably due to upgraded components (mainbaord, CPU, etc.).

I did not think of deactivating the license first.

How can my license number be unlocked?

Adobe support will no longer reset an activation count... if you can't DE-activate (lost or crashed computer) and you are receiving an 'activations are used up' message there is no solution
