Uniquement le son qui apparait - Première Élément 2018

Question

Bonjour

Lorsque j’ajoute mon fichier mp4 pour faire le montage de ma vidéo j’ai uniquement le son qui apparait. Je n’ai aucune image cependant lorsque je regarde ma vidéo dans le lecteur multimedia de mon ordinateur tout est là.

Comme résoudre mon problème ?
