Update didn't work

Hi,

I bought Premiere Elements in May 2015 and all worked perfectly. Then recently it kept prompting me to update, so I ran teh update today and now it wont open at all. How can I get it to work again?

I have the serial number from when I registered it. Can you re-send me the download link so I can un install completely adn re-install? Or is there a better way?

Please help I use it daily for work
