Can I update Premiere Elements 2013 from 32 bit to 64 bit architecture?  If so how?  Thank

    My understanding is that the installation file for version 13 "sees" if you have a 64 bit Windows system and then will install appropriately.  So, uninstalling and reinstalling should do it.

    If you chose to update to a later version, Adobe has released annual updates near the first of October for several years.
