Update Won't Install

Question

When I open Premiere Elements 15, I get a notification saying that I have a new update - Photoshop Camera Raw 3.8. I click "Install Now", and after asking me if I want to update, it starts, but when the bar reaches 100%, it says that there was an error installing the update, and that I should check the error log. When I click on the link for the error log, the link doesn't work. Please help.

Camera Raw updates are not used for anything unless you have a brand new camera model and are using RAW still photos in your video. Not having the update will not effect your editing of video at all.

If you still want the update, wait a day. The servers can get balky without explanation.
