Upgrade for Adobe Elements 2021

Question

Hi, I recently bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2021. Before, I used Premiere 6.5 (professionel version). With this program I had much more possibilities for montage: many (moving) PIP's, drawing lines to frame an image, etc. Now it isn't possible anymore. My question is: can I upgrade Elements 2021 to a professional version and how much does it cost?

Premiere 6.5 was a pretty primitive NLE. Anything you can do in Premiere 6.5 you can do -- and probably more easily -- in Premiere Elements 2021.

But if you're looking for a professional program, you will need to subscribe to the Creative Cloud.

There is no upgrade path to Premiere Pro CC from either Premiere 6.5 or Premiere Elements.
