Upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 (Clean Install)

Permiere Elements 14 issues with subject upgrade:

Intermittant crash on launch.

On full project exports mp4 files with zero content.

Cut project in half and exported file only plays halfway through.

Pixelan 3d six pak transitions play OK in timeline but are corrupt on exported mp4.

Been struggling with this week and have pretty well exhausted all the support tips I can find.

Are you saying you upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10? If so, did you re-install the program onto Windows 10?

Did Premiere Elements 14 work fine on Windows 7?

Yes, I reinstalled The program onto Windows 10, and it worked fine on Windows 7.
