I have premiere elements 14 on my HP win10 computer. If I upgrade to 2020 will I still be able to access and edit my projects created in 14?

You can retain both versions on your computer.  They operate independently.  It is not a design goal to have newer versions be capable of editing projects from older versions.  Features in 14 may have been improved, replaced or even removed.  So if the new version runs into something from the hold version that it can't handle, there will be problems.

That said, simple projects from previous versions may work.  The work around is to make a copy of the old project before opening it in the new version.

Thanks. I'll go ahead and purchase. Mostly interested in the noise reduction feature. Have you had any experience with that feature as to how well it works?
