Upgraded to Premier Elements 2019 from older version

Recently upgraded to Premiere  Elements 2019.

 

Is it safe to "uninstall" all the older versions such as 2018, 2017, etc.?  What files if any, should I keep?

    You can uninstall the older versions without affecting 2019, just make sure to use the proper procedure for uninstalling programs with your operating system.
