Uploading from Premier Elements 12 to YouTube

I am running Premier Elements 12 and a recent error message has just arisen saying that sharing of a Video to YouTube is currently unavailable.

Does anyone know when this "blip" will be resolved?

Really appreciated anyone's help

    A lot of people are reporting this, and it appears to be some reconfiguring on YouTube's part.

    It's not likely Adobe will address this in a three year old version of the program. But you can still output your video by going to Publish & Share/Computer/AVCHD and using the YouTubeHD preset, then you can load the video to YouTube using the upload interface on YouTube.
