Uploading to Facebook for youtube channel

So I am pretty new to using adobe and also new to having a Youtube channel (TheSilly5).  I am curious to know opinions on the best way to upload my videos to facebook for views and subscribers! Should I upload straight to facebook from adobe or should I upload it to YouTube first and then share it to facebook?
