Will it work seamlessly in the Organizer?

I doubt it.  "Seemlessly" means a lot!

 

With every annual version change in the Elements system, there are tweaks and improvements in Organizer.   Although Organizer will update your previous database there has never been a promise of backward compatibiltiy. 

You might be a pioneeer if you try it!
