Using v14 to render to vimeo

I can create a movie and use Export Share to Vimeo tool to export directly to Vimeo. However, after using the tool once, closing the project and creating another project, the render goes to 98% then stops and gives an error msg.  Any idea as why this has happened multiple times?

    There is a time difference between when Premiere Elements code is written and the changing specifications of Vimeo and YouTube.  That can make the direct conection less than reliable. 

    A better workflow is to use Premiere Elements, or any other editor, to output a "standard" H.264 MP4 file and then use Vimeo's uploader as a second step.
