I have several different versions of Premiere Elements in my computer (13.0 up to 24.0). Can I delete the previous ones without creating any problems?

If you make a DVD do be aware that the current version has had that function removed... I think that v22 was the last one to create a DVD (I'm not sure of that... I have v21 which does create a DVD)

Don't delete, uninstall instead.  Make sure to deactivate or sign out first so that you preserve an activation in case you need to reinstall or install on another computer.

Yes you can uninstall, but keep in mind that you probably won't be able to open an old project in a newer version.
