Video Driver Incompatiable

When I open Premiere, I get a message saying my video driver is not compatible. So, I downloaded a driver from my computer manufacter's site and I still get the same message saying it's not compatible. What should I do? Thanks

This isn't the same driver I have on my computer.
I have Intel(R)HP Graphics 4600.

You say you are working in Premiere but I'm assuming you're actually working in Premiere Elements 2020 on Windows 10.

 

If so, once you've installed your new driver, go to C/ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere Elements/18.0 and delete the file BadDriver.txt -- then restart the program.

 

You may need to enable Show All Files to see the ProgramData directory.

 

If you have more than one version of Premiere Elements on your computer, this file will be in ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere Elements.
