video editor workspace not loading

hi.

i've just installed premiere elements (on a macbook) and i got the first screen to load fine, but when i click on Video Editor it says 'loading premiere elements editor workspace...' for a while and then nothing happens.

does anyone know a fix or a way i can get adobe to fix please?

    Having the same problem can't get Adobe tech on the phone. Any help?

    Hi, I'm using Premiere Elements 2021 and having the same problem today.  Worked fine yesterday!!
