Video format not supported?

Hi,

I am unable to upload 4k video taken on my Huawei Mate 10.

I don't know enough about video codec to know what is going on...

I presume I need to change the video to a different format then upload - or is there another workaround available?

    Windows does not support H.265 (mac does).

    Only way to fix this is to convert to h.264 with HandBrake

    Btw it is called import or ingest.

    Uploading means putting something on the internet.

    Just so I know for future reference, where in the Media info above does it tell you that it's H.265?

    HEVC is H.265
