Video frame rate incorrect

When loading a video in MP4 format from Sanyo Camcorder, which is 4GB / 35'26'' long, Premiere Elements 2021 says it is only 5'36'' long and it runs much too fast - what can I do?

In the internet I found some hint for a similar problem with Premiere Pro, where the audio input channel

had to be switched off to solve the problem, but this did not help in my case.

Its a very unusual file. 59,94 and interlaced.

Try and interprete the clip to 29.97 frames.
