Video not showing up in Premiere Elements

I am trying to open up a project that I've worked on before in Premiere Elements. I have been able to open this document before, but for some reason can't open it now. I have tried opening it a couple of different ways, but none of them have worked.

You are not giving enough to even guess.  Screenshots maybe?

I try to open my project but it doesn't work. I don't really know how else to explain it. Here are some screen shots I took while trying to open it using File>Open Project

And then it just goes back to this screen after I hit Open and nothing happens. I've tried to open it multiple times and nothing has worked so far. I've been working on it in Elements 13 for the past month and it's worked fine up until now. And it's due in three days.

Look for "File > Open Recent Project". 

If that doesn't work you have to find a file with the ending of ".prel".  It is where you put it when you started the project.  Your screen shots suggest you have lost track of where that is. 

Try putting ".prel" in the Windows Explorer search box.
