Waiting days for newly uploaded video clips to show in the People tab of Elements Organizer

Just tried using the Premiere Elements 7-day trial (2025) to test the video facial recognition capabilities of Elements Organizer.  I'm certain the product isn't as terribly contradictory to how it's advertised, but wondering why, after days beyond uploading the 124 video files (avg size per file is 325 MB), I'm still waiting for the People tab to recognize (or process) the uploaded files.  To ensure facial recognition is working generally I uploaded 2000+ photos, as well.  The People tab recognized those within seconds.  What am I not doing correctly regarding video files?
