Water drop as an applied effect to a still

I'm looking for an applied effect for a still that will look like a drop of water hitting the water showing a ripple from the center. I don't want to see the drop just the effect of the ripples afterward. See attache photos of examples

I was able to find the ripple effect it was in PRE 4 and exported the clip. I then inserted it into my video, I hope they bring this effect back.

I created this affect in a previous verision and I would like to create it again. I made the original video back in 2010 and I'm not sure how I did it and what verison I had. I own the following verisons: 2, 3, 4, 9, 11, 14, 2018 and 2020 do you think it was in one of these and has been removed?
