What if not Motion Tracking

I have a clip into which I want to put a animated smiley face to donote a location in the clip. The problem is the camera was shaking and the spot is moving around in the frames. I tried Motion Tracking but I get the notice that I must chose a item that is moving. I suppose the program doesnt consider a slightly moving spot in the video a full blown moving object to be tracked. Is there something else to use for a slightly moving spot in the frame(s)

Thanks

Correct answer Steve Grisetti

About the only other solution is to manually create frame-by-frame keyframes to keep the graphic over the location.

Thanks Steve,

I will look that feature up and try it. I'll let you know how that works out for me.
