What kind of error is this code related too?

I'm using adobe premiere elements 14, on a Macbook Pro running macOS Catalina. Last week the program ran acceptably, but this week when I try to simply add a drag and drop transition sequence or text intro/outro the program either doesn't registers it or simple gives me this error code and proceeds to crash. ive restarted several times but cannot figure out what this issue is even after searching it. Please assist.
