Where can I get animated title overlays that will work for Premiere Elements 2020?

Hello everyone, 

I recently purchased a month subscription to Envato, thinking I could use some their effects with Premiere Elements.  I'm pretty sure I messed up doing that, because I don't think their files will work.  

I'm looking for a place where I can download animated title overlays for my videos.  I want to be able to edit an overlay and use it as a title for my son's basketball highlight videos.  I want the title to appear on top of the video without blocking out the video, if that makes sense.  Any ideas?
