Why are my videos from my Nikon D5600 (.mov files) jerky and out of sync with the sound?

I can play them on the Windows Media Player and PE plays other .mov files, just not the ones from the Nikon D5600. Thanks, Ron

    Which version of the program are you using and on what operating system? What processor do you have and with how much RAM?

    Do you have Quicktime 7 installed?

    Are your project settings matching your video specs? If so, you will NOT see a yellow orange "render" line over the first clip you add to your timeline.
