Why can't Adobe create an insta 360 plugin for Premiere elements?

An avid user of Adobe products for decades, with the advent of popular 360 cameras would it not be prudent for Adobe to provide the necessary plugin to utilize the 360 media to create again those one of a kind stunning videos?

As far as I know, that's never been part of Adobe's design for Premiere Elements, and I would suspect it's a feature you won't see in it soon if at all.

Truly unfortunate that Adobe can't be nimble, support fan base as trends
progress to new advanced tech as the end result users will and moving to
other products like Davinci Resolve.
